4th-5th Classroom Teacher
We are looking for general education teachers at the 4th and 5th grade level who would teach reading, writing/ELA, math, science, social studies, and art for a designated grade level of students. This is for the 2023-2024 school year. Class sizes are no more than 25 students. Further details provided upon request. An active Initial or Standard Iowa Teaching license is required.
Substitute Teacher Aide position
We are looking for adults who have experience working with children who could help fill in as a substitute for teacher associates when they are absent. This position does not require a sub authorization but does require a background check and Virtus completion before working with children. We are in need of substitute teacher aides often at the PK-5 level. Responsibilities may include assisting in classrooms, supervising recess, supervising the lunchroom, and working with individual students or small groups.

We a seeking dedicated and reliable substitute teachers to join our school community. As a substitute teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education and providing a positive learning environment for students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
Substitute Teachers and Teacher Aides – Sub Authorization Details
7-12 Language Arts Instructor
St. Mary's High School in Storm Lake, Iowa, is seeking a Language Arts teacher, preferably one with a Master's Degree in English who could also teach college-level courses through our local community college. Therefore, the position ideally would include a mixture of high school and college-level courses. However, if you do not have the Master's Degree qualifications and are interested in a position, please still apply.
